International Financial Institutions (IFIs) are increasingly realising the potential use of Earth Observation (EO) for monitoring and evaluation (M&E). However, it is an area that is still not fully understood. To address this gap, the GDA published a topical overview under the Monitoring & Evaluation and Impact Assessment activity, looking at the value of EO for M&E by IFIs.
This webinar aims to promote the use of EO in M&E by IFIs. The webinar will demonstrate the significant role M&E plays in development interventions, as well as showcasing the value that EO data brings to M&E.
