The 25th European Interparliamentary Space Conference (EISC) is taking place this year in Vienna, Austria, on 19 and 20 April 2023 under the Austrian Presidency.
Christoph Aubrecht, Global Development Assistance (GDA) Programme Coordinator, will be a speaker in the session 1 entitled “Space-based data to support the green transition: opportunities and challenges for the industry” on Wednesday 19 April 2023.
This session will focus on the way in which the Earth Observation industry can support the green transition as well as how to make the space sector more environmentally friendly. A presentation of the GDA programme will be given followed by a round-table discussion with experts from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) and the European Union Agency for the Space (EUSPA).
