The event “Space4Economy” will take place on 23 March 2023 in Vienna (Austria), with a contribution of Christoph Aubrecht, GDA programme coordinator.
The event takes place as part of the internationalisation offensive go-international, a joint initiative of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Labour and Economy (BMAW) and the Austrian Economic Chambers (WKO), in cooperation with the Austrian Federal Ministry of Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology (BMK) and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA).
The event discusses commercialisation aspects in the space sector and how science and industry use space technologies and satellite data to develop new solutions and business models. Practical examples on the use of Earth Observation data in Austria will be presented and discussed with regard to their potential in the context of export and development cooperation.
Christoph Aubrecht will be a panelist in the International Market Potential & Challenges session, taking place from 13:30 to 14:15 CET.
