Christoph Aubrecht, GDA programme coordinator, is participating in the Atlantic Innovation Week where he is introducing the Global Development Assistance programme as part of a panel session entitled “Earth Observation and Sustainable Development”.
This session, which will start with a presentation of the Azorean Space strategy, aims at presenting the uses of Earth Observation technologies to inform, monitor, and assess progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals. The challenges, potential opportunities as well as latest trends and developments in Earth Observation will be discussed by experts from the space industry and research organisations.
