International Financial Institutions (IFIs) are increasingly realising the potential use of Earth Observation (EO) for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Schemes. However, it is an area that is still not fully understood. To address this gap, the GDA published a topical overview under the Monitoring & Evaluation and Impact Assessment activity, looking at the value of EO for ESG by IFIs.
